Very good, but… the hall ways and rooms had musty smells. The room was quite small. It’s European, so no air conditioning in hall ways, which is annoying. The beds were way too soft for my liking. For this same price you can get more luxurious options. But it wasn’t bad for 1 night passing through. And the staff were very nice. Breakfast not bad.

The gym had Air Conditioning, but it was on a timer that turned off after two minutes, so it was a really uncomfortable place to work out. Staff was really friendly though and went out of their way to make the stay positive.

Nice rooms, very friendly and competent housekeeping and reception staff. One bad experience: we got take away coffee with soy milk from the restaurant and found that the milk was off. The. Ext day they had fresh soy milk but didn’t process the charge fast enough so when we checked out it wasn’t billed. After we left we got a call that Rs 430 or roughly USD 5.00 was due from us for which I should provide the credit card number. I refused, especially as we had paid for the spoilt coffee and no one offered us a free replacement.

ibis Kochi City Centre

I had a two nights stay at ibis Kochi City Centre Hotel. It is nearby (200mters) from a Metrostation MG Road. The room was quite small but I had only a cabin suitcase so I had no problem with the space. The bed was quite soft which I liked.The room was really well eqipped with a safebox, haidryer, waterboiler, water. It was also very clean. The beakfast was really good.

Everything was pretty good. But breakfast seems to be just okay. Their sambhar had a bad smell. But staff took initiative to remove it right away when we approached them. Rooms where neat and clean and customer service was good too. Stay was worth for the price
