"Hotel situated in a stunning location. Anyone looking to relax can certainly make themselves at home. Relaxed atmosphere and comfortable bed. No tv however they are trying to promote an atmosphere that does not need a tv. Not that there's much on it anyway. Also with free, fast wi-fi you can still use your phone/tablet if you need to watch something etc. Meals very nice, Steak was tasty and Haddock was in a Golden beer batter and was lovely. "Had a very comfortable two night stay at Applecross BnB. The directions made the place easy to find. The self check in was easy. The owners were friendly and full of information on local walks and attractions, including where to go to look for otters, birds, and red dear. "Our room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future."

"A beautiful hotel with grand high ceilings and an eccentric historical townhouse charm. Perfectly located right on the shore of Loch Maree, with private lake access. Our room was peaceful and quiet, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The host was exceptionally friendly, warm and accommodating, adding a welcoming atmosphere to both the hotel and its cosy bar. He went out of his way to meet our requests, making us feel truly cared for. Easily our best experience on the NC500. "
