"Room was absolutely not as advertised. So outdated, only had 1 queen bed, smelled heavily of deodorant spray, carpet was filthy, walls were stained or just had filth on them. The sink backed up immediately while brushing/washing face and took forever to drain. 1970s mirrored headboard. Stained chair & seat cushions under the window. The hall carpets and elevators were just disgusting. I would have been better at a pay by the hour motel. Parking was safe. Staff were ok. "

"Breakfast was posted to start at 6:00 am. The hot entrees arrived at 6:40 and 6:50. I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged.
The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. "
