"Quick check in and friendly staff. Room had minimal amenities- no fridge, limited coffee in the room and, bathroom poorly stocked. Curtain in the room were in poor condition and didn’t cover the window. Bed and pillows were comfortable. My stay was about 10 hours and just needed a quick stay before an early morning flight. Wouldn’t recommend a longer stay"

"Nail hook sticking out of the near the bed that I scratched my arm on. Lights on one side of bed didn’t have bulbs in it. Free coffee in the morning ran out. No hot water for making instant oatmeal or tea. We had the studio and asked for regular cups and utensils but they didn’t have that either. Room was falling apart and in desperate need of repairs. Do not stay here. Staff not friendly and didn’t care about concerns. "

"Room was absolutely not as advertised. So outdated, only had 1 queen bed, smelled heavily of deodorant spray, carpet was filthy, walls were stained or just had filth on them. The sink backed up immediately while brushing/washing face and took forever to drain. 1970s mirrored headboard. Stained chair & seat cushions under the window. The hall carpets and elevators were just disgusting. I would have been better at a pay by the hour motel. Parking was safe. Staff were ok. "

"I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue."

"It was in a quiet area. The room was the worst. The floor had holes in it and they used black tape to try to cover it up. The room had a smell that Lysol didn’t help. "Page 2 of review for April 4, 2026. The manager called the police to have us arrested for tresspassing. My husband and I are seniors and our son who was with us is disabled. The police came to the hotel and spoke with us. We talked to them about out situation and they told us we would not be arrested. They left and in a few minutes they came back, handed us two room keys and said an anonomys donation was made on our behalf and we had a room for one night. We were very excited and so grateful....

My room had a view of an interior wall, so if you want to have any kind of view of the outside, you should ask for it. Area is walking distance to Reading Terminal and transportation, but the immediate area around the hotel is a bit rough."
