"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"I stayed here for one night to buy my Machu Picchu ticket in person, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The early check-in time (from 12:00 PM) was a big plus, especially after a long train ride. For the price, the room exceeded my expectation! It was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water. Breakfast was included, and they were also kind enough to store my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around Aguas...

"Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así. "Very nice property with an excellent location in the heart of Cusco, around the corner from the Plaza d'Armas and San Blas. At times some street noise is audible, but it didn't seem to be a significant issue. Rooms are clean and Staff is nice and very helpful. Called ahead of arrival to have a taxi meet me at the airport (no problem at all). Breakfast is 12 USD per day in the hotel. Would stay in again. "

"Property was solid. Room was solid. The only thing is that the windows aren’t that insulated so you will hear outside if it’s loud. A lot of people traveling stay at this property, so it’s easy to find people to socialize with. "

"Such a lovely place! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk from the San Pedro Center. They even let me stay a bit later after checkout so I could rest before my flight—so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!"
