"Localização excelente, equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, quarto com tamanho bom. Rooftop bar (e restaurante do café da manhã) com uma vista muito bonita. Muito bom para curtir as noites de Getsemani, mas também muito perto da cidade amuralhada (500m até a Torre do Relógio). O hostel também tem diversas atividades todos os dias (são anunciadas no grupo de whatsapp)."

"Un hotel sumamente acogedor, limpio, fácil acceso, cercano a restaurantes, barras, tiendas y lugares turísticos a minutos a pie. El desayuno en Al Alma fue espectacular. A pesar de que en los alrededores hay vida nocturna no se escucha nada en la habitación y estuve en la que tiene balcón. "

"We traveled to Isla del Sol with our family, and everything was wonderful. It was clean and well-tended to. The pina coladas were fantastico. It was a great place to eddy out by the sea and relax."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff, especially the girl at daytime and the guy at the night, were super helpful. Also they are bilingual. Breakfast tastes good. Only issue is that they have a water pump gives out loud noise every few seconds. Other than that, the hotel is great "

"Nice cozy place, however although Hotels.com says there is hot water, there is not HOT WATER. NO TV, NO furniture inside the rooms or outside. There is a horrible smell in the bathroom in room 201. Employees very friendly and polite. "

"Recomiendo 1000% Comenzando que la atención de las señoras de la mañana fue esplendido, desde el día uno que llegué me trataron super bien, al día siguiente era mi cumpleaños y me pusieron globos y me cantaron cumpleaños, se portaron super lindas conmigo, que viajaba solita. La ubicación super estratégica, muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones super cómodas y con aire acondicionado y baño privado. Se merecen más reconocimiento. Desayuno super rico. Si vuelvo a Cartagena, sin duda alguna...
