Okay hotel but not for the price. You can get a much cleaner, upgraded room for cheaper just up the road. Limited breakfast, pool under maintenance (but still in description there is a pool, should have read the reviews first). Staff were very nice. But as a lot of the reviews say, this is a pretty run-down hotel, not worth the price.

The property was a bit run down and slightly sketchy. The bathroom had stains on the walls and the whole room just smelled old. Ac unit was very noisy. It wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t great. Bed was good. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I needed accommodations in the Oshawa area.

Hotel seems dated. Check in was quick and simple. Carpets appear to be quite dirty, aged. Room was clean. Sufficient parking. Staff were friendly and engaged. Unfortunately not all search sites are updated and we were expecting a pool to use. Unfortunately their pool has been closed for years. We were comfortable with our stay.

Good for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was all we needed for the night. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was okay, enough to get by in the morning. A few minor repairs to the hotel would have given it a better rating. (ie, carpet stains, broken door frames etc)

Our room was clean and ready on time. There were extra pillows as we requested and the staff were very friendly, quick and efficient when asked questions and when we asked for extra towels. Parking was plentiful, the bed was VERY comfortable, and plenty of space in the bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful, warm, tasty, and the juice options and coffee, both excellent. Check in and check out equally quick. GREAT value for the price.

The parking lot and driveway has lots of deep holes which should be filled. Back door security lock needs repair, back staircase has a ripped open tread on stair step. Property was clean and staff were friendly.
