"We had the most wonderful stay at Coille Darach b&b! The host was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and very friendly, and had some lovely conversations with her. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious! The property is very nice and well maintained and the room had great amenities and was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here and again and recommend to others. Very pleased with our decision to stay in this beautiful area in the Highlands! "

"This is a fabulous hostel with excellent self-catering facilities, and an amazing location - ideal for those walking the west highland way in particular. The one single negative is that the ladders on the bunk beds have very narrow steps which makes it quite painful on bare feet to climb up and down."

"Beautiful place, perfect for a little trip for my partner and I. Good distance from Fort William and Fort Augustus and has a bus station right outside too! Nice and clean and tidy, had towels, cutlery and things we needed for cooking. "

"Dated and simple but very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Compared to properties in the Fort William and surrounding areas this was significantly more economical and the accomodation was more than satisfactory. The outdoor area and the old hotel in front of the accomodation look run down which made me concerned when we arrived but once inside we were very happy. "Very nice little hostel, only 4 rooms for 3 bathrooms so it feels private. The room was great, pretty clean with a private sink, the beds were confortable and a lot of space on top of our head despite being bunk beds. Nice location with view on Ben Nevis and the breakfast was just enough and cheap for what it's worth. Enough space as well if you wish to make your own food.I would recommend if you wish to have a quiet stay near Fort William."
