"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. "Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer. Ich wurde zwar auf die 9 Etage versetzt, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass die Zimmer relativ ähnlich sind. Ich war im Comfort Guest House untergebracht. Mein Zimmer war zwar sehr klein. Wenn man aber nicht viel Gepäck hat kann man das sehr gut unter dem Bett verstauen. Das Bett war sauber und sehr angenehm zum schlafen. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht: Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Auch das Bad war im Zimmer. Man konnte sich im Flur...

"Loved this hotel. Very clean, modern and easy to get to. Bed was comfortable we slept very well. Staff were great very helpful and polite. I chose the cheapest room and it was very small but didnt bother me. If you want a good value hotel just to sleep and relax this worked for me 5 stars."

"I'll cover the most important things first. You def get what you pay for in Hong Kong. Given the price that I paid. The room and facility was sufficient. Again, I am rating this place according to what I paid. The room was extremely small which is what I would expect from a $20 USD room in Hong Kong, although it was very clean prior to me checking in, and the bathroom was very clean. I did sleep well on the bed which is also important. The staff was extremely helpful and communicative. Not to...
