"The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-("

"When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them."

"The room needed some maintence issue repaired. Broken tile in the bathroom, proper fitting toilet seat . The toilet handle did not work properly and had to jiggle the handle , but it was clean. The room was clean the bed was comfortable . Breakfast was adequate and area was kept clean."

"We got in late from airport and no one was there to check us in. Doors opened and we stood at desk rang bell and call the desk which rang but no one came. Called Expedia who resolved at least the get a refund and we moved on to another hotel. I know it was late like 2 am but still no one there…."
