"The property was clean, well maintained and the rooms was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I do wish there were additional options for on site dining, but the food they did offer was good. Choices, however, were somewhat limited. I would definitely stay there again."

"Staff wasn't very friendly on check in. Im a Hilton Honors member bit needed to have my number looked up. The man checking us in seemed annoyed by this. I watched them offer everyone else a cookie on arrival except my abd my 11 year old son. Other than that, the place was clean and the location was great. I would stay here again. Maybe he was just having a bad day. No big deal."

"The staff here is friendly and helpful. 5 stars for staff. The amenities -- bathroom stuff, TV, and so on -- are very basic. Which is not surprising, given the low price. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was also good at maintaining/cleaning the room."

"Everything was excellent. Julie was very friendly and kind, texted us because we were driving late at night. The room was clean, had coffee, towels, and anything you'd expect, and on top of all of that, there was a massage chair in the room. whenever I'm around, that's where I'm staying."

"When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable."

"My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus."

"Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless, and had an thermostat that allowed for more comfort control than most hotel room. A huge tv and comfortable bed made lounging after a long day of driving. Breakfast was excellent, and I would really love to learn the recipe for their eggs All in all a fantastic place to stay."

"Best Westerns are usually clean with friendly staff, and this one in Arkansas City was exceptionally clean. The night clerk who checked us in was very polite and very helpful. We couldn't asked for a better accommodation and staff for our stay."
