The room was clean and had everything we needed. Good air conditioning, beds comfy. The breakfast was ok, but when we arrived at 7:30 am there the hot breakfast items were depleted, and the pancake maker not working. The staff were timely and helpful to our needs.

This was probably the worst mistake of my trip. I had originally booked a week here. Another review said it was good for solo travelers like myself. This was absolutely not the case for me. I arrived at midnight. Checked in. I was too tired to leave right then but I prob should’ve and would’ve possibly gotten some sleep. The walls are thin. The floors are old. The place itself is just dirty and outdated. It just gives the feeling that I might take bedbugs home with me. As a solo female there for a school trip, I did not feel safe. There are people constantly walking up and down the hallways. I could hear my neighbor rustling and moving around. The door itself doesn’t seem very secure. The peephole was weird and I was concerned someone would come through the connecting room doors. It was just a terrible experience. I was on high alert and didn’t sleep a wink. I checked out first thing in the morning and it was probably the best decision.

The room was not very clean. The shower curtain was ripped out along with the shower mat. There were burn holes in the bed comforter and it was a smoke free motel. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and potpourri when we went to leave. The staff however was very friendly.

Staff was friendly, the location itself is super sketchy. The room was in poor state, the smoke detector wasn't even tied into the electrical system & didnt work. The walls had holes in them, the sink leaked, the AC didnt work for a damn, and the beds were on some kind of metal box that made loud bang/popping sounds with every movement. The mattress was more like a bag of bricks & you could hear the hoard of people coming in & out all night long (probably attributed to the ghetto ass strip club across the parking lot and what I assume was a drug/hooker trading post posted up in the parking lot on camping chairs). The room was also not cleaned very well. The mirror had spots all over it, the tile was sticky, the bedding had white crusty biohazards all over it, and what looked like dried blood running down the wall in the bathroom. Definitely not a family friendly location... let's just say I kept my gun on me at all times, didnt go outside alone & wished I had packed a hazmat suit to sleep in. A small continental breakfast was available but I only opted for a cup of OJ & coffee.... The OJ was brown when it came out.... a binge drinking kidney failure piss kind of brown.... The coffee was more like something you could use to desolve a dead body or strip lead paint with. They also asked for my services dogs certifications when checking in... which is against the ADA laws. When I explained that I wasn't required to produce them I was argued with a little.

Booked this room for a family member. He was woken up by a strange female knocking on the door of his room and waking him up at 1:30 am. Wrong room she knocked at. Place smelled horribly of weed. He never got the wake up call he had requested. Won't be staying there again. Nice staff though and good shuttle ride. Good price but not worth the inconveniences.
