"What a wonderful boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and many rooms have a mountain theme. Their lobby store is wonderful! So many cute things and all local to New Hampshire! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend the Common Man!"

"Obviously, its about location. This is a dog friendly property and was quite suitable. There was grassy area to " walk" them.
The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very basic, not a lot of pots & pans, but we weren't cooking anyway. The frig & coffee pot was most important to us. The house itself is very dated, but clean. It did have a faint mildew odor.
There is an inground pool, it looked decent, but we did not use. Overall, great location and pet friendly."

"My room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. The restaurant was very good and the prices reasonable. Staff was very kind and considerate. Very nice property and the hotel itself is really comfortable inside. Each floor has a lounging area that is a good place to relax. There is a microwave in that area. Room doesn't have one. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend the inn as a great place to stay"

"The property is as picturesque as in the photos! It is very well maintained and the lake access with the private beach was wonderful. The ducks by the lake were very friendly (I’m guessing they are nicely fed by visitors lol).
The rooms are clean and updated. No maid service unless requested. AC in the room worked great! The continental breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room could be a little bigger.
There are lots of stairs, so if your mobility is impaired this probably is not the...
