"My wife and I stay here 2-3 times per year when we visit her children in the city. The hotel is conveniently located with many nearby restaurants.to choose from. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. The beds are super comfy and we always have a great sleep. The complimentary breakfast has a good choice of options; cereal, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, and since our last visit they have added waffle makers. It is our favorite hotel to stay at when we're in the city."

"Black particles falling out of air conditioner all over on the floor. It was greasy. Towels were so thin and non absorbent. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Coffee was terrible at breakfast. No coffee makers in the room which is disappointing. The whole area outside smelled like pot so couldn't sit outside."

"Pls pls pls, look for in very very small fonts stated i. one liner that, is your reservation in the “EXTERIOR BUILDING” or the new building ????
