"It gets the job done, it’s about as average as it gets. The location is nice if you’re doing the AquaSplash park since it’s right across the street.
The staff was nice - they brought up a Pack n Play after check-in because it unfortunately wasn’t already in the room as requested but they were quick with it.
The pool is very small and gets to be quite busy.
The continental breakfast really wasn’t great, had very few options."

"The pool was closed. Floors smells, the beddings didn’t seemed it was changed at all and the mattress was not comfortable. Washer was tight for my sons who are 6ft tall and 200lbs plus, the door was in front of the toilet lol. Good thing we were too tired every night we come back to even complain at the front desk. We always expected hotels to be like this already, you pay high money for luxury. But we were only there to shower and sleep so it did its job."

"The ladies at the front desk were happy & helpful! Marguarite was esp sweet & funny about the walk about to the other side of the hotel & where the elevator was over there - all good once you went once.
The pool area was amazing but so many children, so couldn't use it or the hot tub"

"The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out.
I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer."

"TV and phone didn’t work. A dirty bedspread was left on one bed. Breakfast window is not for vacationers. Mattress wasn’t the best. Air conditioner was good."
