"Was unable to check-in, even with the help of an agent from hotels.com. Wasted more than 2 hours before being relocated to nearby hotel."

"This place is under renovation. Dirts and noise. Even not under renovation, 128 sgd for one night during weekdays is very expensive for such conditions and facilities. *No parking and have to carry luggage from main road since the road under major construction, renovation!"

"Had a mouse in my room. Afraid to sleep"

"Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part."

"Toilet is cleaned, overall hotel room is clean and comfortable, very roomy. No amenities around, have to travel with car. Location is not near any shopping mall."
