"1. Door safety lock (dari dalam) rosak. Unable to safely latch the main door. 2. No door in shower room - causing floor wet and slippery (I slipped & almost fall down - dangerous for warga emas) 3. No coffee or tea courtesy service (Small point but means a lot) NOTE: I did not find any of the above when I stayed there before (previously)."

"I loved this unique hotel, it was a tick off the bucket to stay in the rainforest! The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent and great value for money. It is very easy to get to the animal centres and I was still able to access the internet so could order grab taxis. I’d definitely recommend bringing bug spray! 100% would recommend, where else can you stay in the rainforest?!"
