"Great room, nice staff. The issues we had were that we were there for a week and upon check in were not notified the elevator was tore up, which did not get fixed the entire time we were there even though we were told it would fixed the day after checking in. Also there was one day we went went without water for the majority of the day."

"The property is very convenient and I loved that there were multiple places to access sitting by the water.
My room had a sliding glass door to a porch, but the neighbors are literally right next to us smoking, so we couldn’t use it.
The pool was nice. The breakfast was a nice meal with a view on the dock."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is in a perfect downtown location, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. Offer a good breakfast, and jacuzzi was a great amenity to relax in after a long day. The room was okay, bed was smaller and less comfortable than expected, the water pressure in bathroom was low. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location, good breakfast, and relaxing jacuzzi made for an enjoyable stay."

"We loved this property and location. It’s tucked inside the Truman Annex. Very few cars and surprisingly quiet given its location to Mallory Square. We loved its old Key West charm. The building was once used as our Federal Weather Station. It’s located one block from Truman’s Little White House. We loved the tall ceilings, the colorful furnishings and even the skeleton key to our room. It truly felt like staying with friends in Key West. We can’t wait to go back"
