Room was very clean and comfortable. Bonuses were that it opened to a well maintained pool and rooftop patio for people watching !! Excellent location as it is located at the center of Duval St- restaurants and watering holes on both sides of the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend- I know we will be back!

Clean rooms.check in was a breeze, wayer pressure in shower not so great but did the job. Hotel.sits in the middle.of Duval but without the noise.we have been here several times and love it

Staff was friendly… hotel in the heart of everything. If you don’t party and go to sleep early ~ TAKE EAR PLUGS, it’s loud till 4am, not to mention the roosters signing at 3am. For the price ~ it’s OK.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location. Jacuzzi was ice cold the whole time we were there. Front desk said they would let maintenance know, but it was never warm for our 5 day stay. Pool was heated though. Over all a great experience and we would stay again.

Downtown location of this property is really what keeps it going. It’s just an old building that needs some renovation. However, you can hear the late night noise from outside. I’ve stayed in worse condition places, earplugs in and it’s fine for a few nights.

Property is a bit dated like most of Key West but clean and in decent shape. The air conditioner was very loud. There is a Barr across the street with music till 2am and the roosters wake you up at 6:00 am. All could have been solved with ear plugs … next time! Parking is a block away and given I had a motorbike I was apprehensive but it was ok. Duval street is steps away with all it has to offer! It was a Monday night so things were quiet (until sleeping time)!

I loved the location as well as the ease of loading and unloading right at the curb. The parking was very convenient: just a half block away. I didn't know there was a rooftop pool and lounging area! Great surprise and a wonderful spot to people watch Duval Street. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. I didnt comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there. Overall A+ rating!

I was traveling alone, great location, parking was included. The pool and deck area is very nice. Sitting out watching duval st, the bar a few doors down had live music you could hear while people watching.
