"Amazing. We got a great half board package which included Michelin star restaurants. The only complaint is the pool is in dire need of refurbishment. There were many cracked tiles and rust staining which was really out of place for such a beautiful property. "

"Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Genuinely lovely staff who are always helpful. Sensibly priced food options in the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro if you need anything else. "

"That’s the second year we are staying at Madinat Jumeirah. It’s an absolutely amazing spot to relax. The Palace lounge is top notch. The staff is amazing and attentive. Highly recommended. "
