Room was okay. Pool was cold and guests need to stake their claim on lounge chairs very early in the morning. Breakfast was disorganized to say the least. Understaffed, under stocked. Very limited choices. One single coffee machine for the whole breakfast clientele. Beach was horribly crowded during the day, noisy and a parking lot for long tail boats. Really suited for one or two day visits.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room . It was spotless. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpfull. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach .a girl who worked in the breakfast was particularly helpful as i have a problem walking she got our drinks and food

Curtains are thin, room was never dark at night due to pathway lights. Restaurant staff were unorganized and got orders incorrect.
Cleaning staff and bell hops were very friendly and helpful.
Pool area is nice but put your towels out before 9 am to save a chair.
