2nd time stopping at this hotel, although under different owners, but quality was as good as ever.

Room was clean. But customer service lacking. The hotel manager was good, but staff needed more training. It’s ok if you don’t do the right thing by no apology and lack of empathy. Three times they simply just did not do the right thing.
