Ko Yao Yai Pet-friendly Holidays

If you don't like cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. People are smoking all around the pools and public spaces. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Food okay. Access to the beach is very nice! Probably wouldn't recommend this place based on the public smoking. They should have a designated smoking space near the street so other guests don't suffer.

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Aside from the great food, the great pool and the great room. The staff are what really make this place incredible. Jane at the front desk was incredible. She could help you find anything. And always with a smile. Parn at the pool was fun and friendly. As was Pond. And Prang And I wish I could remember everyone else else's names. I would give this place seven stars if that was an option. In the middle of chaos this place is absolutely a sanctuary. Patong Beach is a very busy place. But just stepping back into Nap Patong was a peaceful and awesome experience every time. We only stayed 10 days but next time I would stay at a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this place, the staff are very friendly and so kind ,the place is so peaceful, with lovely garden view.i cant wait to go back again 😊

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

Nice good sized room in this boutique hotel which is about a three minute walk up from the popular Bangla Road. It is tucked off the main through road so you don’t have a lot of the noise of the surrounding area other than the increasingly annoying and unnecessary raw of the exhaust on the souped up scooters and motor bikes that are popular with genitally challenged young Saudi biker gangs. The Thai authorities really need to clap down on this in Phuket more than any other place in Thailand as it is running out of control. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and the rooftop pool had spectacular views down to the beach and of Phuket Bay. Due to the run of bad weather and the rain season extending later this year, sadly the swimming pool temperature was extremely bracing! However, the restaurant on the roof and the overall facilities were great. The staff for also very helpful and after staying in Phuket a number of times previously trying different hotels, this one is the one that I will look to return to in the future due to it’s all round service and ideal location.
