The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. I never showed up because there was a snowstorm and in a state of emergency and they would not refund my money. There was no way I could travel there safely and get home safely and they still would not give me my money back, I live four hours away.
