"AC works however this place lacks maintenance. The elevator didn't work and we were on the 4th floor."

"The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

"The room was nice and clean, looks like they are doing some loving care to the place. Heat worked great. Only issue we had was we could t connect to the wifi. I was going to ask about it but did t want to bother anyone. And we were only there for the night. "

If you’re looking for fancy frills, that is not the place for you but if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay when you’re in Hershey, this is the place for you. It has all the essentials and none of the wasteful things that most hotels/motels make us pay for that we don’t need or even want, like those half shower doors that seem to be the latest bad trend. "Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again."

"The front desk office was locked. Temperatures were near freezing. After calling to notify them I was there to checkin, i still had to wait 10 mins in the cold. When I finally got to my room, it smelled horrible. The lighting in the room was subpar. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. My friends I was visiting refused to let me stay there. I stayed at the hotel for maximum 2 hours to shower and change. It was a storage room for my belongings. "

"The 300 room above mine was very loud 24/7 and the hotel staff refused to get the children to be quiet nor to move me."
