"Older historic hotel nice ambience a little dark. Rooms need to be upgraded. Stayed for 4 nights the first room I was in the a/c vents were caked up with dust. Alicia at the front desk very nice ..upgraded is to another room however that room the shower head was away from the wall the pressure was ..."

"The hallways were very dusty and carpets were dirty. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Before checkout the maids kept knocking on the door. "The bathroom does not have a sliding door so everytime i take a shower the bathroom floor is flooded. There was also red stains on the floor and a pillow when i first arrived. I also called for room service twice and no one came to my room to clean the two days that i was there."
