",Where to start? Upon check in I asked about the exercise room. I was told the room was broken. Public areas with stained carpet and urine smells. Free breakfast is a bag with a burrito but only one per room. If you wanted food for both people in the room, it cost extra. They allowed 10 people to sleep in one room. We got to listen to them blow up a bunch of air mattresses at 11pm. The elevator took two minutes to take us from the 3rd floor to the ground level. The descriptions on Expedia is so...
"I am so surprised how Expedia has rated this hotel 8.5. We had a pathetic experience at this hotel. The rooms were stinky and had flies in them. We had booked 3 rooms all of them had the same problem. I talked to the front-desk and what they told me is they cannot do anything to help and asked me to call Expedia for help. We had my extended family travelling with me, that's why I didn't want to spoil everyone's mood. But this is the not acceptable."
