"We had a great stay at Hawks Cay! Staff are all lovely and helpful. We had an issue yesterday as towels were taken during housekeeping service but not replaced. I reported this to reception but unfortunately this was not followed up. Lady at reception was very kind this morning apologising."

"Room smelled of sewer and mold. Beach covered in heaps of seaweed and black water. Smell surrounded our room as well. Hard to enjoy outdoors on property with the odor. Staff didn’t seem to care about it."
