We found the hotel to be located conveniently in Shinjuku. Tokyo is wide and transportation access will be crucial to get places, and the hotel is six minutes away from Shinjuku station. There are numerous shops, stores and food spots minutes away. The building is in great condition, the room was spacious and very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. We were offered a later check-out time as an option due to our VIP membership which was nice of them. We did not have breakfast here, but they did also offer us a discounted price and they have both Japanese and Western available. Overall, the hotel was great!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.
