The keio plaza hotel exceeded my expectations. My family of 4 had an amazing stay. The hotel staff was professional and friendly every day.
The rooms were stocked perfectly, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was a highlight for our kids each day too. Would highly recommend for first time Japan travelers!

"We got there before the check-in time and they still hold our luggage until check-in time. Check-in process was very smooth using the machine and helpful staff was nearby to complete the process. Our room was a pure wellness room and I felt spacious and bath tub was oversized than regular one."
