We had a lovely stay!

The staff that work at this hotel are very accommodating and friendly which made our stay even better. The room was spacious and clean. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything was great.

Awesome place! Yes it’s Pet Friendly though it was not stated clearly in our booking reservation that it’s an extra surcharge well that’s not an issue for us. Hence they need to do better to state it upon confirmation of the booking. Another annoying instance was the facility technician just came an announced and open our room without a gesture of knocking first nor a doorbell, that’s simply common sense. Totally unexpected a simple courtesy should be imposed/instilled by nature, Otherwise everything could have been absolutely perfect and PAWFECT staycation for our little prince except this uncalled for incidents.

I found the building amazing. Room was on the 19th floor and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. View of Marina Bay Sands is spectacular including 9pm fountain dance show.
