7.8/10 Good! (1,424 reviews)
Grand old building in perfect location and great views if it weren't so badly managed. Staff tries to be helpful but what can one do. We got a deluxe room but it was smelling of smoking, only had a fixed wall shower and cracking paint everywhere. Staff offered a replacement room which at least didn't smell and had a tiltable shower head, but because it was higher up it took forever for the few working lifts to arrive. It feels like only ever small things are fixed instead of once doing a proper facelift.
