"Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. ..."

"Only problem I had was that the bed pillows (two) were made of down. As I like to sleep with my head somewhat elevated, this was a problem for me as the pillows change shape as I move. Would suggest foam pillows at least one of the two) be available."

"We write alot of good reviews, but not this one. Where should I start? We're booked for 5 days. First they didn't have our room. Offered a suite upgrade, but just for 1 day, so we would have to move the next day, nope! No compensation offered. Alternative was a double room, fine? Nope. 2 Double beds. ..."
