Beautiful location and lots of nature in and around the resort. My only real complaint is that the food was disappointing.

1. Saw a snake at gym entrance 2. Have more varieties of pastries / cakes / non alcoholic drinks at the pelangi bar beachfront for everyone to enjoy 3. To have electric scooters for rentals 4. Pelangi grill area was too hot during our seafood dinner.. no aircon as it was open air n no wind 5. Overall pleasant stay 4.9 stars!

Very family oriented resort! Close to the Imago mall but it’s not walking distance. You can grab and go to everywhere very easily. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to ask for one. Breakfast buffet was very superb with various options from Malaysian food to Korean.

The buffet was okay. There is access to the pool at the Magellan Sutera as well. The staff is polite, but less attentive than what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. I wish the entertainment i.e. bowling, billiards etc. is on site. Instead, all entertainment including the jacuzzi are on the Marina Club, which is quite a walk you'd feel lazy to go to on a hot day. The water at the beach has trash.

Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool.
