We love the staff and the space

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their hospitality made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, easily one of the best we’ve had. There were plenty of delicious options, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and each morning started perfectly because of it. The villa exceeded all our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere and incredible food, everything was simply perfect. We truly appreciate all the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Fantastic breakfast menu, very beautiful property

I am very impressed by how vast the restaurant/breakfast buffet is. It’s a wide range of food selection that left me satisfy! The 2 bedrooms I booked is huge and clean as well. The hotel location is close to the beach and all the amenities such as the gym and pool are an easy access while any guests that come to visit me can easily find me. On top of that, all the staff were extremely nice, awesome, and helpful. I do recommend having a couple of bowls and utensils just in case guests need them. Overall, I highly recommend Haian Hotel for anyone seeking a fun experience.

Fantastic breakfast menu, very beautiful property

Our room has an amazing view and for the view alone totally worth booking for the cost. The hotel staff however was not very friendly and were not able to assist with a request to book a day pass. Very good breakfast and rooms were very clean and spacious.

Poop was great, staff super friendly & very helpful.

Again as with all our other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam the staff was the high point
