"The room itself was pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony view straight across to the beachfront was awesome. In fact, the hotel's proximity to the beach and all the local amenities was its biggest plus... great location! The swimming pool out in front of the hotel is a bit small and the surrounding seating area isn't kept very clean by staff or by inconsiderate guests who have no problem leaving behind their garbage and over-flowing ashtrays. "There was a good variety of breakfast items. Al the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and very clean. The water in the outdoor pool was nice and warm with jacuzzi pressure points. There were daily complimentary shuttle services to and fro the Ancient Town. The only drawback is that the the beach is quite a distance away by walking. Would suggest that that there should be complimentary shuttle services to the beach daily."

"Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost. The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc. The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them. "Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! "

"Fabulous stay. The hotel is well located with beach access and bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, clean and look great. Fab breakfast. Most of all the staff are fantastic. Nothing is problem and they helped us organise day trips, cars and massages. Definitely recommend "

"ビーチ近くのホテルにはあるあるなのか、部屋に小さい蟻が多くいた。 予約の際は感じなかったが、エコを大切にしている施設らしいく。チェックイン時、Wi-Fiのpw、注意事項は書かれた紙を写真で撮れ、と言われた。部屋に置かれた水は、ペットボトルではないガラス使い回しタイプのボトルウォーターだった。ベトナムでは水に気をつけていたので、怖くて使えなかった。 部屋・プールサイド・ビーチベッドでは飲食禁止。思ったより決まりが多かった。 そのわりに、朝食は品数少なく、時間をずらしたが最後。追加されない残飯のようなおかずが…。常温で置かれたサラダなど、煮詰まったコーヒー。ひどかった。 プールあたりの外観など、素敵なだけに残念なホテル。 スタッフは挨拶しかしていないのでわからないが、特段温かみは感じなかった。 このエリアはアンバンビーチで寂しい感じ。お気に入りホテルがある以外はステイするほどのエリアではない感じがした。 お散歩するには良いかも！ 前日までステイのダナンのサノウヴァダナンが同額で最高すぎたので、落差にビックリした。"

Staff is terrible, our electricity shat down in the middle of the night, my friends their internet & AC shat down in the middle of the night. the staff was just watching movies on his phone on the reception.
