Outstanding staff! The king suite was very comfortable. I liked the extra seating area and kitchenette. Also, in the winter the pool was heated to 80 degrees and the jacuzzi to 120 degrees. Layout was in a cramped space Room did not have sufficient supplies - tissues, toilet paper, towels. Lights by beds did not work. If hotel not full, would suggest spreading out guests so they are not door to door or above one another for noise purposes. Screens on exercise equipment did not all work. ...
