"The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money ..."

"Great resort. Some tours and activities were not offered because tourism is down throughout the region due to seaweed. The resort and staff are excellent. Food is ordered from a neighbor resort and is excellent. I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely come again."
