Fantastic stay! Hotel and room beautiful and very clean. All staff were so helpful and nice and made our stay so pleasant. Would highly recommend booking this hotel. Location is great with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around too.

The entrance feels somewhat chaotic as there is a children’s destination at that level with many children unable to distinguish between their surroundings and the hotel reception area. There beds in the rooms are comfortable but a number of items were neglected. Our tv remote never worked in the living room and the phone needed to be changed. Similarly the shower had issues with the shampoo dispenser. The hotel is well located and the door staff are helpful.

Staff was so helpful for everything Few little notices during our stay Wasn't enough shower gel for 3 of us in the room ,we had to call reception to refill Our room carpet has lots of stain Walls has loads scratched marks Coffee stain on bathroom door upon check in Should be an smart tv as we're staying in a 4 star hotel ,could not use the TV as we couldn't able to connect with our devices Overall I was happy with my stay Im not here too complain Just giving my personal feedback as I worked as an accommodation manager for Last 30 years Hope things can be changed in future Improvement

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel ideally situated for sightseeing with a lot of landmarks in walking distance. Room clean and quiet with air conditioning which was welcome in the present heatwave. Staff very friendly and helpful and a shout out for Alex who booked us in!
