Mattress was not what I expected. Very hard and uncomfortable.The chalet are very roomy.

This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience. The staff are amazing as usual the building work is as discreet as it could be. Overall a great stay again

The all inclusive is not all inclusive. You csn only eat at one restaurant. We spent $800 on food at all inclusive resort. Its an additional charge for everything.

The pool was VERY dirty, and was half the reason we were looking forward to coming here. With swimming googles on you could see nothing but mould / algae when under the water, it did not seem hygienic or safe to swim in, and was probably one of the dirtiest pools I have seen. To be fair, given the size of the pool, they’d probably need to employ four times as many pool cleaners and cleaning equipment, else I assume it’s a near impossible challenge to maintain the pool. The pool also had chipped and falling off concrete. The bed was rock hard, so very difficult to sleep. It was at a reduced rate, but unfortunately I do not think we’ll be staying again. The bar had an excellent singer, and the Italian restaurant pizza, along with with the service was good

Will rate it only 3 star. Property is old and outdated, stained pillows, gowns and dirty bed coverings. Food was not fresh with dirty plates and cutlery.

Five star plus hotel. Some maintenance work being done during low season but does not detract from overall experience or amenities. Breakfast buffet excellent in variety and quality. Great swimming pools and activities. Only wish beach was larger or more private, now it is shared with several other hotels on the same beach, most of which are also very upscale fortunately.
