Staff were so helpful. We were in the east wing so it was a little bit of a hike with laundry but that was fine. You dont need laundry soap it comes with the machine. Centrally located to trains and city life. Breakfast was ok, I wish it rotated the selection because after 4 days of the same stuff I was done with the buffet. For me the beds were too firm, but thats a me problem. Definitely would stay here again
