Everything was perfect. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and all the different restaurant experiences were fantastic. Swim up pool bar was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious

Cons: Rooms were bit dated/musty and i found mosquitoes as well as ants in the rooms. Facilities such as pools were ok and Kids clubs were crowded. Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had freshly made to order hashbrowns and local fruits.

When we booked we didn’t know we got a butler which made our stay 100 times better because booking restaurants you had to stay up till midnight to do so. We had the best butler Judy who helped us out our whole stay

Room need the sink move down so kids can get to it ? Back door out step out no sign and hurt my foot lot times Noise out side my room works every morning few hours, can’t have a afternoon nap The bed are to high for kids to get in it
