The breakfast is amazing, spa is amazing too. The only thing i did not like was getting stares from the locals. Its not ok. I know the hotel cant help that but i would like to make the American traveler aware. You will get stares.

The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. Disappointed that the spa was only available to guests between 8am - 10am and from 7pm-9pm. Other times was a charge of £70ppp day. The hotel is lovely but a couple of notes: floor tiles all cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom layout meant access to the shower over the bath was a negotiation ...

The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!
