Everything was excellent; the only area that could be improved is the night entertainment and shows.

Getting breakfast quickly for a family of five was difficult. We had a flight to make in time. And the rideshare location was confusing. We ended up grabbing two cabs out of the line to scramble to the airport. Didn’t need the stress.

First time doing an all inclusive and we reallly enjoyed every part of it. Great service from staff, best food of the many all inclusives we have visited. Large comfortable rooms with excellent cleaning service. Pools galore esp the lazy river. Beach however was a problem due to seaweed even although the hotel has trying their best to keep it clean.
