"Great trip. Only complaint is I wish the elevators ran a little quicker or there were more of them. Staff was superb and was very accommodating. If I come back I will definitely come back to this hotel. Best Hotel view of the Falls that you can get, IMO."

"Did not actually stay at this property. We were booked here but received a call day of Check In that the plumbing in the building was not working, so they rebooked us at Hilton. Never actually set foot in this hotel but I appreciate the call ahead about the issue."
