Great location directly across from Niagara Falls. Our newly remodeled room on the 31st floor was spotless, and the corner view of the falls was absolutely awesome. The mandatory fees and taxes add up, but that seems to be standard for the area. We’d definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms for a family of 5 adults. We got a room with 3 queen beds facing the falls. Very cleans bathrooms . But quite a bit of walk to Clifton hill. About 30 min. Niagara Falls was very near especially if you take the lift. But they charge for that.

The hotel was beautiful and had the best location! We had wonderful views of the falls from our room and the restaurant where we ate every morning. We rode the incline rail every morning to Table Rock, a visitor center with shops, dining, 2attrctions and where we bought our lanyards for WeGo passes. The indoor pool and hot tubs were so much fun too! If we go back we will definitely stay here again! It was fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and when we arrived, the staff offered us an upgrade to a suite. The view was incredible—thanks to their recommendation, we got to see both sides of the Niagara Falls, both American and Canadian. The fireworks were spectacular from there. Everything in the hotel was well-organized, and we really enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Beautiful and clean hotel, staff were absolutely amazing. Pool and hot tub area was disappointing there was no where to change in there. We wound up going back to our room to change then had to walk through hotel in our swimsuits ( which was a bit uncomfortable in this nice hotel)

Great location! There is a little electric cart that takes you up and down from the Hotel to the Falls. The restaurant food is very overpriced in my opinion. The bed was pretty comfortable. Only thing is that the bathroom floor needed more cleaning but over all the room was clean. The housing and front desk are very efficient. They answer the phone and come when you call. Thanks! I highly recommend the Hyatt. The staff were so very helpful. They were very accommodating to my aging mother and when they saw she had some mobility issues immediately let me know that we could park on site for the off site price. This made it easy to get to our room, by simply taking the elevator. The staff were also very accommodating offering suggestions for meals and easy ways to get places. Our room was clean and we had a magnificent room of the falls. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help when we needed anything. Our kids loved the pool and arcade, and the room was huge with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. It was obvious the room had been recently renovated and everything felt fresh and updated. The fridge and Nespresso coffee maker looked brand new, which was a nice touch. The view was definitely the highlight of the trip. Seeing Niagara Falls from the room never got old, and both the adults and kids spent a lot of time just looking out the window. Aside from noisy door openings closing in halls, and over priced and slow valet its a great hotel with friendly staff and renovated rooms and huge TV’s with excellent TV station selections esp able to find usa station other than CNN! Gym could be a little bigger as 3 people in it makes it a crowd and air circulation not so great
