Overall the hotel is great with wonderful library at lobby, the only minus point would be the room is too small as in no space to walk and put luggage.

Thin walls and other guest not closing the door slowly instead of letting the door slam close on its own. Also the super slow elevator not forgetting all of the elevator by default will stop at 2nd floor even though you don't press the button for it. Which I find annoying and inconvenience to guest to be honest.

The best hotel during our recent trip to Japan. Hotel located just a short 3-minute walk from Nakasukawabata Station (train station), right in between Hakata Station and Tenjin Station, making travelling to these two major commercial hubs very convenient. Many nice restaurants and yatai within walking distance. The hotel has a coin laundry on the 2nd floor, which is a big big bonus for us.
