"Hotel Has an old smell to it. Decor is dated. Very close to Mayo. Restaurant in hotel is excellent. Breakfast was ok."

"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."
