"Great clean room great staff amazing breakfast "

"Great location"

"My suit was large but needs major upgrades. They need to remove the carpet in the rooms and update everything. Ripped couches, the shower was stained, toilet flushes slow. Sink drains slow. Appliances are getting old but whatever. Even the balcony exterior looks old and needs updating. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t wow and it you like a luxury feel like me then this might not be the place for you. It’s mid lol if they update the heck out of it I’ll be back if not I’m parting ways. Staff was really good and so was house keeping but the owner really needs to invest in his property. Also why is there no Jacuzzi outside? Pool was a little dirty at the bottom and all the tanning chairs were torn up. "

"The staff were all very kind and attentive. Our ice maker didn’t work and the front desk staff supplied me with bags of ice. My family didn’t not get to enjoy the outdoor pool as we had a packed itinerary and one day was filled with thunderstorms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were different breakfast options which were satisfying. Lastly, the hotel is across the street from several restaurants and around the corner from the fabulous Simon Galleria mall-all in walking distance if necessary. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel and I would return as well. Thanks! "

"Great hotel. Sofa bed mattress cover was dirty with food resíduo, however, staff was able to give me clean cover and linens. Parking available for $33 for up to 24 hrs. I’d stay there again. "

"Roaches"

"Check-in was terrible. When I walked in, the man at the front desk was on a phone call. He looked up and barely acknowledged me before turning back to his phone call. When he finally hung up, he barely said anything to me. On paperwork, he pointed where I needed to initial and sign, and then didn't bother scooting it towards me. So I had to reach all the way across the counter to get the paperwork myself. He only gave me one room key, knowing there were two of us. After check-in was completed, he didn't tell me anything about the building, like elevator location, breakfast times or other amenities available. I had to ask where the elevator was. The lady I dealt with later (we were there 2 nights) was much more hospitable, but that man was terrible."
