"Good spacious rooms. The staff on check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. The area around the boat was nice and clean and enjoyable to walk around the decks. The room was quite warm and could’ve done with some air con / a fan or opening window. "
"The hotel was very good clean tidy plus the staff were very helpful, our room came with a bath with a shower in which Alison couldn't get in very easy so they moved us to a different room with a walk in shower, nothing seemed to much a problem.
I am gluten and dairy intolerant so when we went for breakfast they had a lot of items i could have, we both enjoyed our breakfast it was very very good "
"Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Also really helpful to have a UK socket as well as a USB (I’d seen other reviews saying there were only European sockets - there were plenty of those too!)
The highlight of the room was definitely the stunning view over Rotterdam. It was great to just sit and watch as the city woke up. The hotel is also very convenient and is right next to the metro line going to the beach at Hoek van Holland. Short walk to central station.
