"This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return. "

"For the most part the hotel was nice. I asked for a second floor room (they said call next time to request), luckily they were able to change. I didn't hear much ( I am a light sleeper) the first couple of nights, but on Friday night people were very loud, so I didn't sleep much. Room was very basic, comfortable, but just a bed, bathroom and small desk. They give you a hot water kettle and some instant coffee. Breakfast was OK, basic continental fare.
